Safe Food Cafe - Handwashing in the produce industry
This handwashing and good hygiene video is a few years old. It was produced by one time ifsn-ers Christian and Katija. It is intended for workers in the produce industry, but the handwashing techniques can be applied to anyone that handles food.

In the video I didn't see any cleaning done to the water faucets after dirty hands had turned them on. The video encouraged drying hands with a single use paper towel -- demonstrated -- and then the person apparently left the restroom without turning off the running water. Of course nowadays many water faucets turn on and off without physical contact, which avoids that problem. But many others don't work that way and require initial contact with dirty hands -- there must be amazing germ collections on those dirty faucets for everyone to share after washing their hands and thinking their hands were then clean.
