Gratuitous food porn shot of the day - roasted chicken with garlic sage stuffing
Sorenne eating dinner with dad, Oct. 3, 2009.
Take whole chicken, stuff with 30 cloves garlic, sage and bread crumbs (I use whole wheat leftovers in the freezer).
Serve the roasted garlic with brie cheese on French bread.
Make stock and soup with the bones and leftovers.
A weekly ritual.

I am no food safety expert, but I suspect that chicken is under-cooked. I realize looks are not a reliable indicator of "doneness" in general, but I would be exceptionally suprised if the internal temperature ever exceeded 105ºF.
I also suspect that "chicken" may not, in fact, be chicken. Just a hunch on my part, but I think it is justified. Note the complete lack of feathers - yes, I know it is dressed, but still.....
