This Is South Wales reports that Hon Yip Hoh pleaded guilty to 14 counts of failing to meet regulations at Swansea Oriental, in Brynmor Road and was fined £7,000.

Inspectors found his premises in a "filthy" and unhygienic state, including:

• dirty and greasy cardboard and newspaper was used to line trays and to line shelves and also in the operating gas oven;

• cooked chicken placed on top of raw chicken left to defrost at room temperature;

• when asked, staff demonstrated they were not using cleaning materials with antibacterial properties; and,

• no hot water and inadequate drainage facilities.

I do not know how we fit the failed economies as I read the Death Of Economics By Paul Obemoroi and Josepf Stiglitz in the failed globalisation , We have CRM failures too. Where exactly we come up with the few scarce very scarce factors we have used and IT now still booming but the poverty in transition too, surprises meMay be we need better lean and clean honest brains for the still new innovation to meet the standards. With the trade free, we still complain of China that is growing and Russia that failed, but gets the contract of the chunk of oil deal in Iraq. May I have someone help with the above then I am better equipped to remark. For now, I am still a student at the 65 and still learning. You cannot teach old monkeys new tricks but I am old and young and want to learn more from you. I thank youFirozali A Mulla DBA
