Don’t eat poop, and don’t drink poop in soda

A student at Haddon Township High School in South Jersey – always Jersey – discretely defecated into a classmate's soda on March 29, 2010, and once the victim unwittingly took a drink, students in the classroom erupted in laughter.

Jason Laughlin, a spokesman for the Camden County Prosecutor's Office told the Philadelphia Daily News that when a teacher found out the next day, the accused 17-year-old was charged with aggravated assault and tampering with a food product.

The accused, a standout wrestler (is this The Breakfast Club?), was not identified because of his age. His mother said the incident was being "blown out of proportion" and declined to comment further. His father is a physical-education teacher in the district.

The suspect has a scheduled hearing Thursday in Camden County Superior Court, Laughlin said.

How dare the mother of the accused state that it the incident has been "blown out of proportion." How is that?? Her kid is a disgusting disrespectful bully punk, and how would she feel if her son was the victim?? That victim will forever be known as "the kid who drank from the sh_t can."

Why can't his name be released? Are his parent's "somebody"--sounds like they don't want people to find out about their lousy parenting skills.

Here, it seems you have a jock who was trying to garner attention to fuel his own attention-getting addiction. Happens a lot, whether or not food or drink is involved. He should be held up in front of the school and the country and embarrassed to the point that he cries. I really think there is a void in our primary school system where public health (including food safety) isn't stressed or taught, at least as you would say, in a compelling manner. Anyone who does such a thing should know that it isn't only disgusting but it could kill a person. As a father, however, I would just want 10 minutes locked in a room with this loser.

Just to let all of you know the mother of the accused kid did not say that "it's being blown out of proportion" Jason nark thinks it's ok to put words in the mouth of others. The accused is not a bully an has never been in trouble. Him and the victim are friends. Everything written in that article is warped in a way to stir up the whole mess. All of you saying how this kid should be locked up and embarresed is completly immature. What good parents you all are!
