    The Food Standards Agency has produced guidance to help meat processors comply with the moratorium on the production and use of 'desinewed meat' (DSM) from pig bones and poultry carcases. The moratorium comes into effect from Saturday 26 May 2012.Additional Information

    The Supreme Council of Health in collaboration with the Qatar National Food Safety Programme is planning to establish a national food safety agency.     KUWAIT -- The municipality has intensified its campaign of surprise inspection and search for expired food and products unfit for human consumption, the director general said yesterday.
